We felt our industry regularly undervalued the importance of recruiting and we noticed staffing companies were constantly grouped separately from IT Services firms because … well we’re really not sure why. So we decided to bridge the gap.
INflow started by offering a unique RaaS solution – a subscription based recruiting model that gave businesses the opportunity to utilize an entire team of recruiters at a fraction of the cost. When we noticed recruiting was undervalued across the industry we knew this had to change. So we evolved and began offering a very innovative and modern approach to employee engagement.
In our minds, staffing firms and systems integrators serve the same mission – to understand the government end user requirements and provide personnel who can deliver excellence. There is no difference between the two.
